Follow your shipment from pickup to delivery
Here is what each status means and how to keep an eye on your freight at every stage.

Step 1
Pickup confirmed
When the carrier collects your freight at the origin, the shipment moves to Picked Up and the pickup date is recorded.

Step 2
In transit
Once the truck is on the road, the status changes to In Transit. Our dispatch team follows the load along the route.

Step 3
Follow the milestones
Each milestone, from pickup through out for delivery, is dated on your shipment record so you can see where the freight stands.

Step 4
Choose your alerts
After you sign in, turn on email alerts so you hear about delays and deliveries without checking the page.

Step 5
Out for delivery and delivered
On the final leg the status shows Out for Delivery. When the freight reaches your dock, it moves to Delivered with the delivery date.

Step 6
Keep your records
After delivery, your documents and proof of delivery stay available in your partner account for your files.
