Cold-Chain

Temperature-controlled medical freight, handled end to end

Medical supplies that must stay within a set temperature range need more than a truck. Here is how our team manages every cold-chain shipment from the moment it is picked up until it is signed for at delivery.

From pickup to delivery

  1. Step 1

    Plan the shipment

We confirm the required temperature range, packaging, transit time and delivery window with the shipper and the receiving facility before a truck is assigned.

  2. Step 2

    Pre-conditioned pickup

A vetted carrier with suitable temperature-controlled equipment arrives at the dock. Product is loaded promptly and the load is documented at handoff.

  3. Step 3

    Monitored transit

Live GPS tracking and temperature monitoring keep our dispatch team informed in real time, so any deviation is caught and acted on early.

  4. Step 4

    Active dispatch

Dispatch is staffed around the clock to manage delays, reroute when needed and keep the receiving facility updated on arrival time.

  5. Step 5

    Verified delivery

Product is handed off to the receiving team and confirmed with electronic proof of delivery, so partners have a clear record of the full journey.
