Partner FAQ
Answers for agency partners
Common questions about quotes, tracking and billing. If you do not see your answer, our team is glad to help.
Quotes
How do I request a freight quote?
Use the quote request form and tell us the pickup and delivery locations, what you are shipping and when it needs to move. Our team reviews the details and replies with a plan and a quote.
What information helps you quote faster?
Origin and destination, freight type and weight, equipment needs such as temperature control, and your preferred pickup and delivery dates. The more detail you share, the fewer follow-up questions we need.
What if my shipment is urgent?
For time-critical or disaster relief freight, use the Emergency Request page so our dispatch team is notified right away. You can also call us at 629-307-3013.
Can a quote change after I accept it?
If shipment details change, such as the pickup location or freight size, we will talk with you about an updated quote before anything moves.
Tracking
How can I see where my shipment is?
Partners can sign in on the Shipment Status page to see the status and delivery milestones of their shipments.
I cannot see my shipment. What should I do?
Make sure you are signed in with the email address our team has on file for you. If it still does not appear, contact us at support@cahillkuehler.com and we will check it.
Can I be told if a shipment is delayed?
Yes. Signed-in partners can turn on shipment alerts for delays and deliveries from the Shipment Status page.
Will I get proof of delivery?
Yes. After each delivery, partners receive a report documenting what happened. See the Delivery Reports page for what it includes.
Billing
Who do I contact with a billing question?
Email support@cahillkuehler.com or call 629-307-3013 and include your shipment details so our team can find the right record quickly.
How do I get a copy of an invoice?
Contact our support team with the shipment or reference details and we will send you a copy.
Could extra charges apply to a shipment?
Services beyond standard pickup and delivery, such as a liftgate or waiting time at a dock, may carry extra charges. We aim to discuss these with you before they apply. Our Shipping Glossary explains these terms.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed with each partner when the work is arranged. Ask our team during your briefing or quote conversation and we will confirm them with you.
Want to talk it through?
Book a briefing and our team will answer your questions in person.
